Bulgarian Human Rights Group Condemns Transfer Decision

Leading Bulgarian human rights group, the Bulgarian Helsinki Committee has written a public letter the the Bulgarian Prosecutor General condemning his decision to deny Jock Palfreeman’s request for transfer to an Australian prison.

President of the BHC, Dr Krassimir Kanev details dismisses the reasons given for the refusal.
