Hristo Monov Adds Bizarre Twist in the Jock Palfreeman saga
One of the key figures in the case of Jock Palfreman is revealed to have been a secret agent during the communist regime in Bulgaria. Hristo Monov was Agent Gogov and charged with spying on students and staff at Sofia University during the dying days of the regime. Much of Monov’s file has disappeard. But today what remains of it has been published with some analysis and context.
