The Bulgarian Prisoners’ Association and Jock Palfreeman

Jock Palfreeman continues to lobby on behalf of other prisoners in Sofia Central Prison through the court sanctioned Bulgarian Prisoners Rehabilitation Association which he helped to established and of which is president. The BPRA is a first for Bulgaria.  Here is Palfreeman’s latest post.
